Leslie Lake, FNP-C received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University, where she later earned her master’s degree in nursing and a psychiatric mental health Nurse Practitioner certificate. Lake is a certified family nurse practitioner.
Lake has more than 20 years' experience offering comprehensive patient care as a registered nurse in various settings, including the emergency department, critical care, psychiatric and geriatric. She is a certified member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
