Meals
A meal allowance is provided to all residents, with an annual meal stipend of $1,500.
Continuing medical education
TidalHealth will provide each resident with $2,000 per year to support continuing medical education (CME).
Annual vacation and holidays
- 20 vacation/personal/CME days (all PGYs)
- Hospital-observed holidays off when not on inpatient, night float or maternal and child health rotations (all PGYs)
- 40 hours of Maryland Sick and Safe Leave (all PGYs)
