Application process
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a medical degree and must have completed an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency by the time of enrollment in the fellowship program.
- The ability to obtain a Maryland medical license.
- Documentation of USMLE or COMLEX Step 3 score (minimum score of 220 accepted)
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation, one of which should be from the program director of the residency program
- Residency transcript with proof of successful completion
- Scholarly activity: publications, resources, etc.
Application procedure
- All applicants are required to complete the application through ERAS.
- All fellowship positions are filled through the NRMP.
Applications are coordinated through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). All applicants should submit their completed application through ERAS. Our fellowship program will begin reviewing completed applications in September. More information and applications may be found on the ERAS website. Applications will be accepted until Oct. 31.
