Meals

Continuing medical education
TidalHealth will provide each resident with $1,500 per year to support continuing medical education (CME).
Annual vacation and holidays
- 20 vacation/personal/CME days (all PGYs)
- Hospital-observed holidays off when not on inpatient, night float or maternal and maternal child health rotations (all PGYs)
- 40 hours of Maryland Sick and Safe Leave (all PGYs)
- One to three bereavement days (all PGYs)
