The TidalHealth Institute of Medical Education will impact the community in the following ways:
- Enhance access to care. By attracting and training top-tier medical talent, we can address the physician shortage and ensure patients throughout our region have access to the best possible care.
- Boost the local economy. This project will create hundreds of jobs during construction and operation, while bringing an influx of healthcare professionals to our region.
- Strengthen Delmarva's healthcare system. By producing a pipeline of skilled physicians and specialists, the Institute will help address healthcare challenges across the state.
