
Dr. Kathryn Fiddler is the vice president of population health at TidalHealth. She oversees behavioral health, care coordination, school-based wellness clinics, community health programs and the TidalHealth Richard A. Henson Research Institute on the Delmarva Peninsula. Dr. Fiddler leads multiple initiatives, including a nurse-led paramedic program (SWIFT) and the State of Maryland Health Equity Grant, improving hypertension and diabetes care on the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland. She has secured over $8 million in grants working to improve access to care and health equity.
A retired major in the United States Air Force Reserve, Dr. Fiddler holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, a Master’s in Business Administration degree, and multiple nursing degrees. She is a fellow of the National Academy of Practice, is a certified leadership coach, and serves on boards including the United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore, the Haitian Community Development Center and Habitat for Humanity of Sussex County. She was recently recognized as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women.
