2023 DE & MD Team Members of the Year

TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 2023 Clinical Team Member of the Year

Melissa Wheedleton of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 2023 Clinical Team Member of the Year.

Wheedleton is a source of calm in the storm in the PCU and goes above and beyond for her team and patients. She has a great demeanor that allows her to joke with staff while encouraging a great workflow on the unit. She prides herself on providing quality safe care on the unit. She is an amazing mentor to all new team members, instantly making them feel comfortable contacting her with needs and questions.

Robert “Bob” Seeley of Radiology is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 2023 Non-Clinical Team Member of the Year.

Seeley joined the TidalHealth Nanticoke family in July 1996. Over the years, he has held many different positions including bedside nursing. In his current role, Seeley works with medical imaging technologists, radiologists and surgeons. His bedside manner shines by easing the patient's concerns and providing the highest level of compassionate care possible. He epitomizes the definition of true community spirit. 

TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 2023 Clinical Team Member of the Year

Katy Pietroski of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 2023 Clinical Team Member of the Year.

Pietroski exemplifies nursing and professionalism in every interaction. She wears many hats in her role as a leader and has a strong commitment to high-quality patient care and advocating for best practices. She is an exemplary role model and always offers to lend a helping hand, always with a smile. Each day she challenges her team to enhance their skills and she guides them in reaching their goals.

TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 2023 Non-Clinical Team Member of the Year

Cristy Marsh of the People Department is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 2023 Non-Clinical Team Member of the Year.

Marsh has been a shining star since joining the People Department’s Talent Acquisition team in May 2022. She's always willing to help others on the team and readily takes on extra work with no expectation of recognition. Leaders across the organization praise her efficiency and ability to recruit top talent, and candidates often remark they've never encountered such a supportive and helpful recruiter before.
