TidalHealth Nanticoke is pleased to announce its 2025 scholarship recipients.
Brooklyn Adams and Evelyn Velasquez are recipients of the Healthcare Education Scholarship. Adams graduated from Delmar High School and will attend Clemson University to pursue a career as an anesthesiologist. Velasquez graduated from Sussex Central High School and will attend the University of Delaware to pursue a career as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse.
Diana Angel-Gabriel is the recipient of the Jill Hickman Nursing Scholarship. She graduated from Laurel High School and will attend the University of Pennsylvania to pursue a career as a nurse midwife.
Alexis Affum and Mustafa Kilicarslan are recipients of the Diversity in Healthcare Scholarship. Affum graduated from Delmar High School and will attend Northeastern University Oakland to pursue a career as a physician assistant. Kilicarslan graduated from Delmar High School and will attend Georgetown University to pursue a career as a radiologist.
