Delaware Team Recognitions for 1st Quarter 2025

TidalHealth Nanticoke honors the following four team members as 1st Quarter 2025 Team Members of the Quarter:

Administrative & Support Services: Brandi McDorman, Registration

Brandi McDorman of Registration is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 1st Quarter 2025 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.

McDorman works as a registration coordinator at TidalHealth Mears Campus in Seaford, where she sees more than 200 patients a day between the lab and radiology departments. She has a knack for running the busy front desk and keeping the workflow moving seamlessly, even under pressure. She efficiently manages a variety of tasks, continuously providing exceptional service and support.

Professional Services: Wendy Dukes, Wound & Hyperbaric

Wendy Dukes, RN, of TidalHealth Wound & Hyperbaric is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 1st Quarter 2025 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.

Dukes has been with TidalHealth since May 2011 and can do virtually anything in the wound center. Patients constantly comment on how nice she is and how enjoyable it is to receive care from her. She is also a tremendous resource person to the other staff in our center. She does a great job of ordering supplies and skin substitute products and is always available when someone is needed to cover a shift.

Nursing Services: Zandro Redoble, Emergency Department

Zandro Redoble, RN, of the Emergency Department (ED), is one of TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 1st Quarter 2025 Team Members of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Redoble is an amazing asset to not only TidalHealth Nanticoke's ED, but also to every patient and family member he cares for. His rapport with patients and their families exceeds expectations, and leadership staff frequently receive positive feedback from those he cares for. He is beyond flexible with his workload and can easily balance and change his priorities on the fly. He goes out of his way to help team members and patients without being asked.

Nursing Services: Amanda Roberts, Emergency Department

Amanda Roberts, LPN, of the Emergency Department (ED) is one of TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 1st Quarter 2025 Team Members of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Roberts is an outstanding team member and a great example of accountability. She takes every delegated task with a smile and provides companionate and safe care 100% of the time. She never fails to return to the primary nurse to communicate vital information about the patient's care plan. She is a great example of an honest team member with high values and morals, and is a wonderful addition to the ED team.
