Delaware Team Recognitions for 4th Quarter 2022

Administrative & Support Services: Keeli Tate, Materials Management

Keeli Tate of Materials Management is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 4th Quarter 2022 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.

Keeli has been with Materials Management for less than a year, but her consistent positive attitude has made a huge difference at TidalHealth Nanticoke. She has good interpersonal skills that allow her to communicate with all levels of TidalHealth’s internal customers. She applies and practices good priority management and can work independently through problems and daily challenges.

Professional Services: Lindsey Shortall, Laboratory

Lindsey Shortall of the Laboratory is TidalHealth Nanticoke’s 4th Quarter 2022 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.

Lindsey has been a dedicated member of TidalHealth Nanticoke’s Laboratory team for 18 years. She has a positive attitude and is a role model for her peers. She is very detail-oriented and performs emergency release drills with her team. She is always willing to help and has been working to improve TidalHealth Nanticoke’s blood administration process.

Nursing Services: Tiffany Lord, Surgical Specialties and Robotics Unit (SSRU)

Tiffany Lord of the SSRU is a TidalHealth Nanticoke 4th Quarter 2022 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Tiffany consistently goes above and beyond with patient care. Her patients recognize her routinely for her compassionate and excellent patient care. Tiffany is a great team player and is always willing to help out. She is one of the first to pick up extra time as she is able. Her great attitude and ability to help when needed are greatly appreciated.

Nursing Services: Zachary “Zac” Rowe, Operating Room (OR)

Zachary Rowe of the OR is a TidalHealth Nanticoke 4th Quarter 2022 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services. 

Zac has played a major role in the success of TidalHealth Nanticoke’s robotics program since it launched in 2021. He has used his robotic surgery experience to support the team in implementing robotic surgeries and training team members. He is always willing to help, whether that is attending conferences or rearranging his schedule to support the needs of TidalHealth’s patients.
