Maryland Team Recognitions for 1st Quarter 2025

TidalHealth Peninsula Regional honors the following four team members as 1st Quarter 2025 Team Members of the Quarter:

Administrative & Support Services: Trayvon Dennis, Public Safety

Trayvon “Tray” Dennis of Public Safety is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 1st Quarter 2025 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.

Dennis is well-known for his exceptional work ethic. He is a team player and always compassionate to staff and patients. When a patient was experiencing a mental health crisis and avoiding talking to a doctor, Dennis took time to sit and talk with her. Afterward, she walked with him to be assessed by the doctor, and he stayed in her sight the entire time as he had promised. The patient and her care team were incredibly grateful for Dennis for his dedication and kindness.

Professional Services: Victoria Ladd, Occupational Therapy

Victoria Ladd of Occupational Therapy is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 1st Quarter 2025 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.

As a dedicated occupational therapist (OT) with over 24 years of experience at TidalHealth, Ladd is highly respected by everyone she works with, and her enthusiasm contributes to a positive and productive work environment. She plays a pivotal role in orienting new therapists and assistants and brings an infectious energy to her work that motivates both her colleagues and patients. Her compassion is evident in every aspect of her work and she goes above and beyond to ensure her patients feel supported and cared for.

Nursing Services: Carly Mann, 3 Layfield

Carly Mann, RN, of 3 Layfield is one of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 1st Quarter 2025 Team Members of the Quarter for Nursing Services.

Mann has an innate ability to connect with her patients. Her compassion and genuine care are qualities that cannot be taught — they are simply part of who she is. She takes time to engage, educate and comfort her patients in a way that consistently exceeds expectations. She is collaborative and is frequently recognized by her peers for her willingness to help, even if the patient isn’t her own. Her energy is contagious, and she has a unique ability to make everyone around her smile.

Nursing Services: Morgan Seeley, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit

Seeley exemplifies excellence in her role by consistently demonstrating dedication, teamwork, and advocacy for both her peers and patients. She comes to work each day with a positive attitude, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. She is always willing to step up when needed, going above and beyond to ensure that both her colleagues and patients receive the highest level of care and support. Her commitment to excellence, professionalism, and compassion makes her a true asset to Team TidalHealth.
