Walk, Learn and Partner for Health
Join TidalHealth’s stroke team for a series of community stroke walks to promote awareness, education and prevention of strokes.
Led by Stroke Coordinator Lauren Hitchens, MSN, RN, these walks aim to foster a relaxed and informative atmosphere in which participants can learn about stroke prevention, recovery, and the vital importance of early intervention. Each walk will be followed by an informal Q&A session.
Walks are planned in the following locations:
- Seaford: Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 8:30 to 10 am at the Jay’s Nest softball field parking lot
- Salisbury: Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 8:30 to 10 am at Salisbury City Park's white pedestrian bridge
