TidalHealth Nanticoke is pleased to announce that Keyana Gaines is its 1st Quarter 2025 Laboratory Legend Award recipient. This award recognizes TidalHealth's laboratory technical team members who demonstrate exceptional performance in accountability, compassion, commitment, problem-solving and/or teamwork.
Gaines was nominated by numerous co-workers for her accountability, commitment and teamwork. She has demonstrated great dedication through all the hard work she has put into learning new responsibilities as the Senior Tech in Transfusion Services the past few months.
Gaines has been going above and beyond by taking on additional duties for the laboratory, helping with training new hires and making suggestions and helping to implement those changes to improve the labs training process for new hires. Her work ethic, support and dedication are recognized by her co-workers and lab leadership.
