TidalHealth Nanticoke honors the following four team members as 3rd Quarter 2022 Team Members of the Quarter:
Administrative & Support Services: Jacqueline Chase, Environmental Services
Jacqueline Chase of Environmental Services (EVS) is the TidalHealth Nanticoke 3rd Quarter 2022 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.
Jacqueline Chase has been with TidalHealth Nanticoke for 23 years. Patients constantly compliment how much they enjoy her presence on MSU, from her wonderful conversations to her excellent service. What’s more, EVS and MSU team members often compliment her teamwork attitude and her willingness to always help others.
Professional Services: Ian Passwaters, Pharmacy
Ian Passwaters of Pharmacy is the TidalHealth Nanticoke 3rd Quarter 2022 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.
Ian, a Staff Pharmacist, is a role model within the department. He often volunteers to work extra shifts, stay late or come in early to cover vacancies. He is always one of the first ones to learn something new and share it with his teammates and is instrumental in training new team members throughout the year. TidalHealth staff love working with Ian – he is always willing to go the extra mile to help our patients and team members.
Nursing Services: Kasey Moore, OR
Kasey Moore of the Operating Room (OR) is a TidalHealth Nanticoke 3rd Quarter 2022 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Kasey was born at TidalHealth Nanticoke and her dedication to the organization is evident from her 10 years of perfect attendance. She started her career as Medical Surgical nurse, then transferred to the Operating Room, where she was recently promoted to the role of Charge Nurse. Kasey has earned the respect of the physicians and staff and is an excellent resource not only for the department but also for other areas of the hospital.
Nursing Services: Vicki Smith, MSU
Vicki Smith of the Medical Surgical Unit (MSU) is a TidalHealth Nanticoke 3rd Quarter 2022 Team Member of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Vicki’s clinical experience is critical not only in day-to-day patient care, but she is also one of the floor's dedicated preceptors, guiding new nurses on the path to excellence. Her calm, compassionate approach to education and care makes for an excellent environment for learning and caring, and her passions for nursing and justice are evident in her advocacy for patients and staff alike.
