He was very kind to not only my husband but also to me, always making me feel welcome in the room while giving respectful and compassionate care. We really felt that Ben was on our side and fighting right along with us! We have been to this hospital many times without complaint, but we really feel the quality of our hospital was exceeded during this stay.
Thank you, Ben , for making these days better!”
