Morgan Smith has been named TidalHealth Nanticoke's inaugural Monarch Award recipient. This award recognizes TidalHealth phlebotomists for their dedication, compassion, commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients, and service excellence through their actions.
Smith is a Phlebotomy Technician in our Seaford hospital's Clinical Lab. She has made a huge positive impact on the team in the short time she has been here.
Smith goes above and beyond her role by picking up shifts and helping others when needed. Morgan always comes to work with a positive attitude and shows her support for her coworkers. Her uplifting attitude truly makes a difference to those that she works with.
Smith is always friendly with patients and co-workers and has received several positive comments through the hospital's patient satisfaction survey. The Clinical Lab is grateful for Smith and all she does for the team.
