About Ajani Morgan
I am currently a third-year student at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine, a journey that’s been shaped by a blend of academic rigor and real-world experience.
My educational foundation began at Barry University in Miami, Fla., where I majored in biochemistry. Eager to deepen my understanding of the biomedical field, I pursued a master’s degree at Barry University. During this time, I also served as an emergency medical technician, an experience that ignited my passion for medicine and inspired my decision to pursue a healthcare career.
Following the completion of my master’s program, I continued to hone my skills in the medical field as a clinical trial assistant at a research company, all while diligently preparing for medical school.
Born in St. Andrew, Jamaica, and raised in the vibrant community of Miami, Fla., I understand the value of giving back and supporting those in need. Growing up in a low-income area has instilled in me a deep-seated commitment to advocating for the underserved, a cause I hold dear to my heart. This dedication to service has guided my actions over the years, and I remain steadfast in my resolve to make a positive impact wherever I can.
Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether spending quality time with loved ones, immersing myself in the captivating world of video games, savoring new culinary delights, or embarking on adventures to far-off destinations, I approach each experience with an open mind and a laid-back attitude. I believe in the power of lifelong learning and embrace every opportunity to broaden my horizons.
I am thrilled to be part of the Tidal Health community and eagerly anticipate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. With a spirit of curiosity, compassion, and resilience, I look forward to contributing to TidalHealth.
