Areeb Arif

I was born in Lahore, Pakistan and moved to the United States in 2009 where I spent most of my life in Tampa, FL. I attended the University of South Florida in my hometown and received my bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology.  

Growing up in Florida I spent my free time playing sports, being out in nature and gardening at home. My favorite hobbies are playing basketball and video games with my friends. Coming from a family of seven, I cherish and value my time with my family. 

As a medical student at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, I am excited to begin clinical rotations and learn from the physicians and staff at TidalHealth. My time here will help prepare me to provide compassionate and patient-centered care as I progress in my career.
