Charles Stuller

Charles Stuller was born in Chester, Pennsylvania, and raised primarily in Wilmington, Delaware. He brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare support, financial services, logistics and administrative operations. His background includes roles in patient services, nonprofit housing coordination, supervisory and quality assurance positions, and administrative support at the board level. Charles earned his Associate of Science in Liberal Arts, graduating Cum Laude from Ocean County College and is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree at Delaware State University.

A lifelong learner with a strong commitment to service, Charles brings a wide range of professional skills and lived experience to his role at TidalHealth. He looks forward to supporting medical professionals in their training and contributing to the continued success of the Graduate Medical Education programs.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys tracking down rare key comics, photography, football, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, collecting cinematic and sports memorabilia, listening to music, traveling, and spending time at the Delmarva beaches. He resides in Millsboro, Delaware, with his wife and two children.
