Fahad Chaudhri

I am a third-year medical student at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. I earned my B.S. in Nutrition and Biochemistry from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in 2020. During my time at Rutgers, I developed a strong interest in how nutrition influences overall well-being. This passion led me to pursue a medical degree at Rowan, where I’ve since become especially drawn to psychiatry. I’m particularly interested in exploring the connection between mental health and nutrition. 

 Originally born in Pakistan, I immigrated to the United States at a young age. My family and I have lived in Piscataway, New Jersey for nearly 20 years. Growing up in a diverse community and serving a wide range of patient populations has shaped my commitment to delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care. I look forward to bringing this perspective to my time at TidalHealth. 

Outside of medicine, I enjoy physical activities such as gymnastics, weightlifting, and soccer. I’m also passionate about the arts—I love writing poetry, baking desserts, and spending time with my two shelter cats.
