Fay Cuffee, BS

Fay Cuffee serves as the Program Coordinator for the Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at TidalHealth. In this role, she provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to faculty and fellows while ensuring program organization, accreditation compliance, and a supportive learning environment.

Fay works closely with program leadership to coordinate onboarding, schedules, evaluations, and educational activities, and she is deeply committed to fostering a
fellowship experience that values collaboration, wellness, and professional growth. She is especially passionate about building inclusive, well-structured programs that support trainees as they transition into independent practice.

Outside of her professional role, Fay values community, creativity, and lifelong learning, and brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to everything she does.
