Ingrid Orinda, MD, MPH

Dr. Orinda completed her residency in psychiatry at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, D.C. in 2010. She received her board certification in psychiatry and neurology at the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 2012. She is a current member of the American Psychiatry Association.

Dr Orinda has worked and volunteered in several capacities for the underserved and underinsured populations, which remains her passion. She is a firm believer in integrative mental health that combines conventional treatments like therapy and medication management with complementary practices like nutrition, mindfulness and lifestyle changes.
