About Jack L. Snitzer, DO, MHA, FACOI, FACE - Associate Program Director
Jack L. Snitzer, DO, MHA, FACOI, FACE, earned his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He completed his residency at Suburban General Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania, and his Endocrine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. Snitzer started a private practice in endocrinology in Cambridge and Salisbury, MD, in 1993. He has offices in Salisbury and Berlin, Md. Dr. Snitzer is employed by TidalHealth at TidalHealth Endocrinology and is the Director of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Endocrinology.
