Jordan Hammonds

Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Jordan relocated to Maryland’s Eastern Shore in 2020. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, Jordan brings a strong background in both administrative leadership and direct care support. Prior to joining TidalHealth, he served as the Residential Program Director at Dove Pointe, where he worked closely with individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs.

Jordan has also worked in long-term care and pediatrics, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of patient-centered care across all ages. He holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling—furthering a lifelong commitment to behavioral health and wellness.

Passionate about supporting residents and contributing to the growth of future psychiatrists, he is proud to be part of a program that emphasizes both clinical excellence and compassionate care. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and baking, reading, and spending time with his family and pets.
