Justin Giles

Justin Giles is the Director of Patient Experience for TidalHealth, where he leads initiatives to improve patient-centered care, enhance clinical outcomes, and foster a culture of empathy and service excellence. He joined TidalHealth in 2023 and plays a key role in using data analytics to drive process improvements, support HCAHPS performance, and collaborate with clinical teams to elevate the overall patient experience.

Prior to joining TidalHealth, Mr. Giles held several leadership roles at Target Corporation from 2013 to 2023, including Executive Team Leader of Operations, Executive Team Leader of Logistics, and Executive Team Leader of Assets Protection. In these roles, he led high-performing teams and implemented strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Mr. Giles began his career in education, serving as a High School and Middle School Teacher and later as an Assistant Principal on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. His background in education continues to support his strengths in coaching, team development, and organizational leadership.

He holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and a Bachelor of Science in History and Secondary Education from Salisbury University.
