Kathy Talbot

Kathy Talbot was promoted to Vice President Finance, Chief Revenue Integrity Officer in January 2025. She joined TidalHealth in December 2022 as the health system’s next Senior Executive Director of Finance. 

In her role, she oversees budget cost & reimbursement, tax/treasury, health information management and other areas of finance as TidalHealth continues its journey to improve processes and invest in technology to make it more efficient.  

Ms. Talbot holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in accounting from Lenoir-Rhyne University and has completed additional executive development studies at Georgetown University.  

Prior to joining the Salisbury, Md. based health system, she served as the Vice President of Revenue Management & Reimbursement at MedStar Health in Baltimore. She has also held management positions at McBee Associates in Columbia, Md. and at KPMG in Baltimore.
