About Meghan Lashley

I am a third year medical student at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I grew up in Wallingford, PA, right outside of Philadelphia. I earned dual degrees in Biology and Spanish from Ursinus College and was a member of the women’s field hockey team. Before entering medical school, I worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Lankenau Medical Center and a volunteer EMT, which gave me extensive hands-on clinical experience.

Currently, I have a strong interest in the cardiovascular system. I have always been fascinated by its complexity and the profound impact that it has on the overall well-being of a patient. I am also extremely passionate about health equity and education having held leadership roles in national outreach programs such as RISE Philadelphia and the Health Career Collaborative.

Outside of medicine, I love doing anything that keeps me active, including running and doing yoga. I also enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, and watching Philly sports in my spare time.

I’m excited to continue my medical education and clinical training by learning from all of the dedicated providers at TidalHealth. I’m looking forward to calling Salisbury home this year!
