Nicole Weinhold

I am a third-year medical student at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed my undergraduate studies at La Salle University in Philadelphia, earning degrees in Biology and Psychology. Originally from Lancaster County, PA, I have fond memories of vacationing with my family in Ocean City, Maryland. I am excited to return to a place filled with such special memories, all while advancing my education through my rotations at TidalHealth. 
 
My goal for this next year is to keep an open mind and explore a wide range of interests, with a particular focus on psychiatry and women's health. I believe strongly in patient advocacy and collaborating with patients to create personalized, achievable care plans. I'm excited to engage directly with patients and make a meaningful impact on the community's health. 
 
Outside academics, I have been a competitive dancer from preschool through college. Being part of a team and eventually leading one taught me the importance of working cooperatively toward shared goals. I strive to live with passion, empathy, and a deep understanding of others. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies and listening to music, especially rock from the '70s and '80s. I'm always excited to go anywhere with a live band and a dance floor.
