Simona Eng, DO, FACOI, SFHM, FACP

Simona Eng, DO, FACOI, SFHM, FACP, is the Associate Vice President of Medical Education as well as the Designated Institutional Official for TidalHealth's Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs. In addition, Dr. Eng is the Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency GME program and the Executive Medical Director of Acute Care for TidalHealth Peninsula Regional.

Dr. Eng earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine Residency at UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine in New Jersey. She has been an Internal Medicine Hospitalist at TidalHealth, formerly Peninsula Regional Medical Center, since 2001 and became the Director of the Hospitalist program in 2003. In addition, Dr. Eng is the former Medical Staff President and serves on many boards and committees throughout our hospital system and in our community.
