Terence Amonica

I am a third-year medical student at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine. Originally from Park Ridge, New Jersey, I attended Siena College, where I studied Biology and Spanish. 

My interest in Internal Medicine stems from my previous work experience in healthcare. After college, I worked in a dialysis clinic, where I gained insight into the complexities of chronic disease management. I also served as an office manager at a primary care clinic, which deepened my appreciation for the role of preventive medicine in patient care. These experiences reinforced my passion for Internal Medicine and my commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. 

Outside of medicine, I enjoy playing basketball, hiking, and spending time at the Jersey Shore with my family. I’m excited to explore the beaches and state parks here on the Eastern Shore and grateful for the opportunity to train at TidalHealth. I look forward to learning from my experiences here and creating lasting memories along the way!
