Thomas Albertson

I am a third-year medical student at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  

I grew up in Phoenixville, Pa., outside of Philadelphia. I attended Penn State University, where I majored in biology and minored in kinesiology. After graduating, I worked as a clinical research assistant in a thoracic oncology lab in Boston, where I studied lung cancer, esophageal cancer and other malignancies. I also completed a master’s program in physiology at Georgetown and am very interested in the cardiovascular system.

Outside of medicine, I am an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy playing basketball, baseball, and golf. I love seafood and going to the beach, so I am excited to call Salisbury home for the next year!
