Thys Musengwa, MBA, BSN, BS Admin, is the executive director of behavioral health services at TidalHealth and supports TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, TidalHealth Nanticoke and outpatient behavioral health services.

Musengwa earned a BS Admin degree from Montreat College in 1992, an MBA degree from Regent University in 1994 and an RN-BSN degree from Salisbury University in 2005.
