Tiffany Travers, LCSW-C

Tiffany Travers, LCSW-C, a seasoned professional in the field of social work and addiction counseling, currently serves as the director of outpatient behavioral health services at TidalHealth. With a wealth of experience, she holds a state licensure as a clinical supervisor, empowering her to mentor and guide aspiring professionals in the field of mental health and addictions. Previously, she held the position of director of behavioral health at then-McCready Memorial Hospital, where her leadership was instrumental in the development and implementation of mental health and addiction services from inception.  

Her passion for innovation, connection and commitment to comprehensive care led her to build programs that expanded access to vital services within the community by co-founding an outpatient clinic that serves the tri-county area and the neighboring state of Delaware.  

Travers earned her bachelor’s degree in social work in 2007 and her master’s degree in social work in 2008, both from Salisbury University. She is licensed as a Clinical Supervisor of Social Work and is also an approved licensed clinical alcohol and drug supervisor.  

Travers’ extensive experience and licensure expertise provide fellows with valuable education on ethical practices in co-occurring counseling, the development of clinical competencies, and professional growth within the diverse array of behavioral health departments across the service line.
