Your input is vital for the Community Health Needs Assessment for 2025
TidalHealth, along with the Somerset County and Wicomico County health departments, regularly seeks community input as part of the Community Health Needs Assessment process. This ongoing effort helps identify the most pressing health issues in the community and guide future initiatives.
Join a focus group
We encourage you to participate in a focus group. Your insights will help guide healthcare improvements across the region.
Why participate?
Your input directly influences how hospitals and agencies address health needs in your own community. Participating in a focus group gives you the opportunity to share your unique perspectives, express your concerns, and discuss what matters most to you and your community.
Focus group details
- Duration: One hour
- Format: Virtual
- Eligibility: Open to residents 18 years or older in Somerset, Wicomico, or Worcester counties in Maryland, or Sussex County in Delaware.

Feb. 3, 2025 at 12 noon - Wicomico County
Feb. 4, 2025 at 12 noon - Worcester County
Feb. 4, 2025 at 4 pm - Sussex County
Feb. 5, 2025 at 4 pm
