Alyson Heenan, registered dietitian, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology from University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2017, graduating Suma Cum Laude. She received her certificate in training for obesity interventions for adults in 2019 and became a certified diabetes educator in 2021.
Alyson has been practicing in the field of obesity and weight management in the local area since 2018, and is licensed in both Delaware and Maryland. She specializes in nutrition for both bariatric surgery and non-surgical weight loss and believes in using fun, motivational educational techniques to provide an individualized nutritional counseling approach.
