Bio:
Wissam Mattar, MD received his medical degree from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon; he completed his internal medicine residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Ind.; he completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Georgetown University-Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.; and earned his master’s degree in finance from Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz., where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society.
Dr. Mattar is board-certified in gastroenterology and a member of the American Gastroenterological Association. He has many years of clinical experience and has been involved in several research projects and publications in the field of gastrointestinal diseases.
