Kimberly Young-Conner, ARNP provides pediatric care at TidalHealth Pediatrics in Berlin, Maryland.
Young-Conner received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she also earned her Master of Science in nursing. She is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner.
Young-Conner has over two decades of clinical experience as a pediatric nurse practitioner in the primary care setting. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) and is passionate abouts children’s health and providing comprehensive care for her patients and their families. She was named 2025 Nurse Practitioner of the Year by Google for Seaford, Delaware.
Young-Conner is certified by the American Heart Association in basic life support (BLS).
