Laura Hassan, PA-C cares for patients at TidalHealth Urology in Salisbury, Maryland.
Hassan received her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry, chemistry and Japanese from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. She went on to earn a Master of Education degree in science education from Temple University in Philadelphia. She later earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland. She is a certified physician assistant.
Hassan serves on the Student Board of the American Academy of Physician Associates and is a student representative board member of the American Academy of Surgical Physician Associates. She is also certified by the American Heart Association in basic life support, advanced cardiovascular life support, and pediatric advanced life support.
Hassan has clinical experience in patient care and procedures, diagnostics and imaging, and emergency and critical care. In her free time, she enjoys singing at church, spending time with family, traveling and exploring nature.
