Dr. Donmoyer earned his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia.
Dr. Donmoyer is a board-certified physician who has cared for patients locally on the Eastern Shore for 20 years. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
In his free time, Dr. Donmoyer enjoys reading, cycling, and home renovation projects.
