Maria Henriquez, MD, is dedicated to partnering with patients to help them achieve and maintain their best health through compassionate, personalized care.
Dr. Henriquez earned her medical degree from the University of Carabobo in Valencia, Venezuela. She completed her family medicine residency at Saint Francis Hospital, Trinity Health in Wilmington, Delaware, where she served as chief resident.
A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), Dr. Henriquez brings extensive clinical, leadership, volunteer, quality improvement, and research experience to her practice. She is committed to providing evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with her patients and their families.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Henriquez enjoys reading, traveling with her husband, exploring new coffee shops, biking, and hiking. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and is always looking for her next great book. She speaks fluent Spanish.
