Ms. Matthews earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware. Her experience includes working as a Clinical Coordinator in ICU at Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital in Milford, Delaware and a Staff Cardiac Catheterization Nurse at Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, Delaware.
