Breastfeeding support

We provide guidance, classes, educational videos and a dedicated helpline to help new mothers with breastfeeding and give your baby the best start.

At TidalHealth, we understand that breastfeeding is a personal and important part of welcoming your baby and supporting their growth. We provide practical guidance, encouragement, and education to help new mothers succeed. Our services include a dedicated breastfeeding helpline, educational classes, and online resources — all designed to give your baby the best start in life.

Education and Classes
We offer classes to help you prepare for breastfeeding, along with sessions on childbirth, newborn care, and postpartum support. Group classes provide the opportunity to meet other expectant parents and build confidence in caring for your baby. Breastfeeding is included as a focused session within our multiweek childbirth series.

For added convenience, TidalHealth offers educational videos and an online education app. This app provides access to breastfeeding and newborn care information, feeding logs, helpful videos, and resources in several languages, all from your phone or tablet.

Personal Guidance
Breastfeeding can have its challenges, and we are here to support you every step of the way. New mothers are encouraged to call our breastfeeding helpline for questions or concerns. Our caring team is ready to help you find solutions that work for you and your family.
