TidalHealth provides behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults with behavioral health needs including depression, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, grief and loss, bipolar disorder and many others. Services include psychiatric assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducation and medication management.
Our highly-skilled clinical team provides trauma-informed compassionate behavioral healthcare to help patients successfully manage their symptoms.

TidalHealth Crisis Center
Designed to address gaps in behavioral health services any individual is experiencing for our region. Our goal is to relieve immediate crisis symptoms, determine the level of care that is beneficial and connect patients to the “next right door”.
We provide a safe home like environment and seek to relieve immediate crisis symptoms. This is done through a range of services which include:
- Peer support
- Brief crisis counseling
- Medication management
- Care coordination of social determinants of health
- Providing linkages to follow up care and services with one of our community services

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
TMS therapy is a new, innovative treatment offered for the treatment of depression. Not all patients respond to medication and counseling for depression, or for some, the side effects may be intolerable. In those cases, TMS therapy, a drug-free and non-invasive therapy, may be able to help. TMS uses magnetic pulses to positively change the chemistry in the area of the brain that controls mood.

TidalHealth Outpatient Behavioral Health located in Crisfield, MD
Offers behavioral health and substance abuse counseling. The clinic serves ages 5+ and individual and group therapy is available.
Our outpatient treatment program helps individuals that need:
- Addiction and co-occurring assessments
- Individual and group therapy
- Family counseling or education
- Intensive outpatient
- Crisis interventions

TidalHealth Partial Hospitalization Program
TidalHealth Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is available Monday - Friday: 8:30 am to 3 pm. This program helps patients get intensive behavioral health treatment during the day while staying in the community. Patients participate in daily therapeutic group activities and receive weekly consultations, including medication review and management, from a board-certified psychiatrist. Transportation can be arranged on a case-by-case basis through the program. PHP services are offered for children, adolescents and adults.
