Congratulations to our 2026 Project SEARCH graduates

Project SEARCH at TidalHealth Nanticoke is pleased to announce its 2026 program graduates: Jamarion Ayers, Mason McConnell and Cailee Layton.

For the past nine years, Project SEARCH at TidalHealth Nanticoke has provided real-life work experience combined with training in employability and independent living skills to help local young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities make successful transitions from school to productive adult life.

The graduates experienced hands-on job training in several departments throughout the hospital. Thank you to all of the departments that participated in this year’s program: Biomed, Day Surgery, Distribution, Environmental Services (including Trash & Linen), Food & Nutrition, Information Services, Lab, and Patient Transport.

TidalHealth congratulates Jamarion, Mason and Cailee for all of their growth and achievements and wishes them the best in their future endeavors.
