Dr. Charles Dolan appointed to Wor-Wic Community College Board of Trustees

TidalHealth is proud to announce that Dr. Charles Dolan, Vice President of Clinical Operations, has been appointed by Governor Wes Moore to serve on the Wor-Wic Community College Board of Trustees, effective July 1, 2026. Dr. Dolan will serve a six-year term, contributing his extensive leadership experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, community engagement, and as an academic educator.

Dr. Dolan’s appointment reflects his longstanding commitment to advancing access to education, strengthening workforce development, and fostering partnerships that support the health and well-being of the communities TidalHealth serves across the region.

In this role, Dr. Dolan will help guide the strategic direction of Wor-Wic Community College, ensuring that academic programs remain aligned with regional workforce needs, particularly in high-demand fields such as healthcare. His leadership will support ongoing collaboration between TidalHealth and Wor-Wic in areas including clinical education, workforce pipelines, and innovative training programs.
