TidalHealth's Laboratory Outreach Services team is pleased to announce that Amaiya Harris is its 1st Quarter 2026 Monarch Award recipient.
Amaiya joined TidalHealth in January 2024 as a phlebotomy trainee. After completing the phlebotomy training program, she floated to all lab locations before transferring to the TidalHealth FamilyLab, Church Street
Amaiya is patient-focused and likes to keep busy. She was nominated by the medical office staff for providing excellent patient care. They shared that Amaiya “has come out of her shell” and they are receiving “continuous positive comments for her kindness and gentle nature”. She cares for her patients with “compassion, respect, and grace”.
