TidalHealth's Laboratory Outreach Services team is pleased to announce that Bridgette Palmer is its 2nd Quarter 2026 Monarch Award recipient.
Palmer joined TidalHealth in October 2024 as a float phlebotomist and is currently based at TidalHealth FamilyLab, Ocean Pines.
Palmer was nominated by both patients and coworkers for her exceptional phlebotomy skills, compassionate care and outstanding customer service. Patients consistently praise her warm, welcoming personality and ability to put them at ease, sharing that she "knows exactly what to do with rolling veins," "greets us like we're old friends with the most inviting and magnificent smile," and is "delightfully personable and professional."
Palmer has developed such strong and lasting relationships within the Ocean Pines community where patients are requesting her by name. Her commitment to providing individualized, compassionate care with a “contagious smile” every day is appreciated more than words can express!
