Administrative & Support Services: Linda Bunting, Purchasing
Linda Bunting is a buyer in TidalHealth Peninsula Regional's purchasing department.
Bunting began her TidalHealth career in the emergency department at TidalHealth Peninula Regional, where she worked for nine years. She later transitioned to the purchasing department, where she has served as a buyer for the past five and a half years.
During periods of staffing and scheduling challenges, Bunting has consistently stepped up, managing her own responsibilities while also taking on additional tasks as needed. She was recently praised by a TidalHealth team member for being a “savior” in helping with multiple responsibilities.
Bunting handles requests efficiently and is dedicated to completing every job to the best of her ability. When coworkers are out, she is the one who rallies others to ensure support is in place. She is an exceptional team player, and we are fortunate to have her on our team.
Professional Services: Daniel Harris, Information Services
Daniel “Dan” Harris serves as senior system administrator in TidalHealth's information services (IS) department.
Harris was recognized for his outstanding work, technical expertise and dedication. He recently helped facilitate the successful testing of the ability to complete treatment BH plan signatures through In‑PRD on the iPads — a solution that Epic has not previously been able to provide and one that no other hospital has yet achieved. His knowledge, persistence and exceptional problem‑solving skills were central to making this breakthrough possible.
Harris' contribution represents a significant advancement for TidalHealth's workflows and for the clinicians and patients who depend on them. He is an irreplaceable team member whose impact is felt across the team and throughout the organization.
Harris consistently demonstrates a commitment to innovation and excellence, and this accomplishment is another clear example of the value he brings to TidalHealth.
Nursing Services: Katy Pietroski, Nursing Administration
Katy Pietroski, RN, is a clinical quality specialist in TidalHealth Peninsula Regional's nursing administration department.
Pietroski has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication and professionalism through her instrumental role in implementing the Clinical Excellence Committee and her leadership in the Glucommander project.
Pietroski has been a driving force behind the success of the Clinical Excellence Committee. She has dedicated countless hours to conducting thorough chart reviews, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based, appropriate and meaningful. Her advocacy for fair and transparent case review has strengthened the committee’s credibility and enhanced collaboration across disciplines.
In addition to her committee work, Pietroski stepped into a leadership role mid‑project during Glucommander implementation. Her operational insight and steady guidance reinvigorated the project and helped ensure a successful rollout. Her willingness to adjust her schedule to be physically present on the units reflects her unwavering commitment to patient safety, nursing excellence and the success of clinical teams.
Pietroski consistently exemplifies TidalHealth's mission and values through her teamwork, advocacy and dedication to continuous improvement. Her leadership in these two major initiatives demonstrates not only her professional skill but also her deep commitment to patients and frontline caregivers. Her contributions make a profound impact on the quality of care delivered every day.
Nursing Services: Lili Warner, Endoscopy
Lili Warner, RN, is a charge nurse in TidalHealth Peninsula Regional's endoscopy department.
Warner is an outstanding charge nurse whose leadership and teamwork make a significant impact every day. She demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, ensuring that the daily schedule flows smoothly and that both patients and team members are well supported. Her ability to coordinate effectively between gastroenterologists, anesthesia, and the nursing team fosters a collaborative environment that enhances patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Warner’s approachable demeanor and consistently positive attitude create a culture of respect and encouragement. She is always available to assist her peers, address challenges with grace, and maintain a calm, solution-focused approach even on the busiest days.
