About Brooke

Brooke Carbone, PA-C, is a sports medicine physician assistant who cares for athletes and active individuals of all ages. She helps patients recover from injuries, improve performance and safely return to the activities they enjoy.

Brooke works closely with physical therapists and athletic trainers to provide comprehensive, collaborative care focused on keeping patients moving, active and healthy.

Care philosophy

Brooke specializes in sports medicine and works closely with patients to help them safely return to play after surgery. She is committed to making sure each patient feels informed, respected, heard, comfortable and supported throughout their care journey.

Brooke uses specialized sports medicine techniques to treat knee and shoulder injuries. Her work includes arthroscopic ligament and meniscus repair or reconstruction for the knee, as well as arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and labral repair or stabilization for the shoulder. She also provides care for biceps tendinitis.
