Carly Hale, PTA, cares for patients of all ages at TidalHealth Peninsula Orthopaedic Institute Physical Therapy. She works with individuals experiencing a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including those recovering from surgery or injury.
Hale helps patients improve their strength, mobility and overall function so they can return to the activities that matter most to them. She believes patients should be active partners in their care and develops personalized rehabilitation plans designed to help them regain confidence and independence.
Care philosophy
Hale focuses on building strong relationships with her patients and helping them remain engaged throughout their rehabilitation journey. She strives to make each visit meaningful by providing encouragement, education and skilled treatment that supports steady progress toward each patient’s individual goals.
She measures success by helping patients achieve those goals and giving them the knowledge and tools needed to maintain their progress long after therapy ends. Throughout the care journey, she works to ensure patients feel informed, respected, heard supported.
Outside of her work
Born and raised on the Eastern Shore, Hale has a deep appreciation for the community she serves. She finds it rewarding to help patients improve their quality of life and values the opportunity to make a positive difference in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and being near the water, especially at the beach.
